Imediatamente senti-me inspirada para compor\/escrever estas can\u00e7\u00f5es que personificam este per\u00edodo hist\u00f3rico. O \u00e1lbum investiga temas de identidade cultural, resist\u00eancia, colonialismo e descoloniza\u00e7\u00e3o destacando a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre Cabo Verde e o Reino Unido\u201d diz a artista e sublinha que a inspira\u00e7\u00e3o veio de contos populares, contos do mar e at\u00e9 mesmo da m\u00fasica folcl\u00f3rica brit\u00e2nica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta rica tape\u00e7aria musical contribu\u00edram um grupo de talentosos m\u00fasicos de origem Lus\u00f3fona e Brit\u00e2nica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPort\u2019Ingl\u00eas\u201d est\u00e1 nomeado para os German Record Critics Awards na categoria de Best World Music Album. O vencedor do galard\u00e3o ser\u00e1 escolhido por um painel de jornalistas da Alemanha, \u00c1ustria e Su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, desde o lan\u00e7amento em outubro, o \u00e1lbum tem sido inclu\u00eddo todos os meses no World Music Charts Europe (WMCE), na Raiz Iberian Roots Music Chart e no Transglobal World Music Chart .<\/p>\n<p>Em dezembro de 2024, o \u00e1lbum alcan\u00e7ou a posi\u00e7\u00e3o 5 no World Music Charts Europe e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o 2 no Raiz Iberian Roots Music Chart, al\u00e9m de entrar no top 40 do WMCE dos Melhores \u00c1lbuns de World Music de 2024, entre
